Quoting Notes
Standard Maintenance Quoting
When quoting standard weekly maintenance, prioritize lot size and accessibility of equipment. Ensure that all fences and obstacles are noted to determine if a walk-behind or zero-turn mower is appropriate. Base pricing for minimum properties up to 5,000 sq ft.
Landscaping & Special Requests
Pruning, leaf removal, and general landscaping should be quoted per man-hour with a minimum one-hour charge. For Hilo-specific moisture conditions, note any moss or drainage issues that might require additional time for cleanup or specific equipment blade heights.
Route Density Discounts
Apply a 5% discount for properties within an adjacent block of existing accounts. For multi-property HOA quotes, please call to schedule site visit.
